We offer a Personal Branding package that allows you to tell us what you need and provide guidance on your budget. Working closely with you we will design an offering that balances your requirements and budget.
The items to consider in a custom package include:
Scope of the branding session including costume changes. Wardrobe rental can be arranged.
Hair and makeup - client provided. We can provide this for additional fees and time.
Duration of coverage needed
Location - will significant travel be required? Note most locations require a fee for commercial photography.
Are special props required to capture the images you need? We can take care of providing them.
Are professional models required for the session? We can find and hire them for you.
A target range for the number of photographs delivered and usage, i.e. social media, website, print, billboard
Digital delivery only, or will prints be included
The specifics that will be delivered for a Branding Session package will depend on the needs of the client. Most packages include:
A guaranteed number of hours of coverage
Detailed planning to simplify the session as much as possible
Location scouting and booking
Prop provisioning if required
Hiring models if needed
A minimum number of photographs delivered digitally
Optional prints
A wonderful supportive experience preparing for you branding session and outstanding photographs to use in all your branding materials.
Once you have made a booking we will need to meet at least once to go over details:
- Walk through your timeline for the session and determine the time needed for photos at key steps
- Set aside enough time at each step for the must have photos, e.g. first costume, second costume, change of location
- Reminder of the day about 2 week before the day
- On the day we will arrive at least 30 minutes early to confirm all is ready at the location(s) and prepare for the first photos.
- After all the photos are taken we will make sure to tell you when we are leaving, or we will leave after you have left, depending on the agreed detail timeline
- All the photographs will then be selected and edited and a gallery of the images will be posted within 2 weeks of the session.
- Once you have reviewed the photographs we will work with you to select images for printing, depending on what is included in the purchase.
- Then enjoy the beautiful images that help drive your brand in the market.
