This is our favorite Wedding/Elopement package and includes the following:

• 10 hours of photography coverage
• Engagement Coverage
• Rehearsal Dinner Coverage
• Wedding Day coverage
• A Digital Gallery of the processed photographs. We expect to deliver at least 300 processed images. These can be download and used for any non-commercial use.
• A 12x12 Leather Bound Wedding Album of up to 30 images professionally laid out and printed into a bound treasure.

We do offer albums and prints as an add-on and will be happy to cover those options with you.

When you engage Chris Crafford Photography to cover your wedding you get more than just a photographer showing up on the day of the wedding.

We will meet with you, probably several times in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure we are fully in sync with you on the photographs you want, the plan for the day and any special considerations we need to be aware of. Maybe a special family member will be present that must be included in some special shots. We will also attend the rehearsal to be sure we know how the day will unfold.

Very shortly after agreeing to use our services we will arrange the engagement session, working with you to pick the place you want, settling on a date and time, and advising you on how to prepare to get the most from the session.

Once the photographs from the Engagement session are delivered we will work with you on the pictures you want on the day. Locations for getting ready, first look if you have one, the ceremony and the celebration afterwards.

We will start Processing your images right after the wedding day with a goal of delivering images to you as soon as we can.

Once you have had time to review the gallery and select your favorites we will prepare an Album layout for your main album and the layout for the Parent/Grandparent Album. We will review the layouts with you and submit them for printing after a joint review. Your albums will be delivered as soon as they arrive from the printer.

Once you have made a booking we will need to meet at least once, but probably several times to go over details:

• Walk through your timeline for the day and determine the time needed for photos at key steps
• Set aside enough time at each step for the must have photos, e.g. getting dressed, first look, ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, leaving.
• Get the names of all the people required in group photos, bridal party, family, other must have friends
• Set a date and location for an Engagement Session
• Final run through of the day about 2 week before the day
• On the day we will arrive at least 30 minutes early to confirm all is ready at the location(s) and prepare for the first photos.
• After al the photos are taken we will make sure to tell you when we are leaving, or we will leave after you have left, depending on the agreed detail timeline
• All the photographs will then be selected and edited and a gallery of the images will be posted within 4 weeks of the wedding day.
• Once you have reviewed the photographs we will work with you to design an album or albums, depending on what is included in the purchase.
• Then enjoy the beautiful albums that will help you remember the details of the day forever.
